This dog became my friend for two days. When I tried to leave the hotel he wouldn't stop following me. The owners had to lock it in, and when they liberated it, it somehow manage to find me back and I saw him coming running to me after walking for half an hour. I had to come back and ask them to lock it for at least two hours!

I wanted to hitchhike my way back to a town some 30km away, and these guys took me in their Russian jeep. The whole trip took seven hours! We stopped twice for "drinks". The huge bottle the guy is holding is not water but a really strong home made liquor called chacha. We emptied two of those bottles at that stop. The driver was so drunk that we found him asleep in his jeep when we wanted to leave again.
